  • Provides Autism evaluations for a medical diagnosis 

    
    

    Accepts all Medicaid plans and commercial insurance.

    
    

    For self-pay there is a sliding fee scale

    
    

    The evaluation takes place during 3 separate appointments. The first and second appointments are in person and the third is virtual. 

    
    

    Currently not providing ABA therapy but will help refer to other outside programs. 

    
    

    Caregivers and the child's PCP will receive a copy of the diagnosis and results. 

    
    

    Other Services Provided 

    
    

    Limited occupational therapy services for children over the age of 3 that have a diagnosis of ASD. These are short term services, and families will receive assistance for transition to private therapy. 

    
    

    Speech services are currently not being provided.  

    
    

    Provides families with resource list of ABA places they have visited when they come in for their assessment. Private Speech and Occupational Therapy services will be recommended as well.

    
    

    Continued collaboration with the child’s Primary Care Physician, a representative can come to a team meeting and discuss the child/youth that was assessed to support their primary service provider with MHMR.

    
    

    The primary service provider with MHMR will support with ARDS by parent request.
