    Eligibility:

    1.      Mother ( or father) approx. 7 months pregnant or parenting a child under 2 years who has had a child/children die in their custody from abuse or neglect

    2.      Mother ( or father) approx. 7 months pregnant or parenting a child under 2 years who had their parental rights terminated or relinquished their rights to previous child/children

    3.      Current or recent Foster youth : mother or father, 7 months pregnant or parenting a child under the age of 2 years

    These referrals should not be screened but sent directly to Specialized Services.
