An early literacy and family engagement program to help caregivers discover techniques to boost their child’s future success in school and beyond. These weekly workshops are designed for parents and caregivers of children ages birth to five. Topics covered include early literacy ages and stages, social-emotional development like conflict resolution and communication strategies, helping children to develop the love of reading, health, and kindergarten readiness.*COVID-19 update* Offering hot spots due to meeting via virtual forums such as Zoom. Families need to call/email to participate in the groups.
This program has 7 potential locations. Each location will have its own schedule that parents or caregivers that are interested must call to receive and enroll in since the schedule rotates between the 7 locations.
