Program specialists can help participants apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Women's Health Program, and Medicaid for Elderly and People with Disabilities. The specialist currently meets with clients at a location such as a library or can do it virtually and if necessary on the telephone. If they can meet with the client then they will help them complete the entire application for: Food Stamps, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicaid Savings, TANF, and Healthy Woman program and it will be sent in electronically before the appointment is over. They can also help with other resources.
