• The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5. You can take classes, meet with other families, and get one-on-one nutrition counseling so you can make smart choices and delicious family meals! Families can get healthy food, one on one counseling with nutritionists, nutrition classes, breastfeeding support. Dropbox / mail service only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 - 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

  • Applicants must live in the state of Texas to be accepted, but do not have to be a citizen. 

    WIC is open to many incomes and families. If you already have Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP and meet other eligibility requirements, you meet the the income requirements. If not you can still qualify for meeting income guidelines:

    Household Members: 1 = Gross Monthly Income is up to $1,926

    Household Members: 2 = Gross Monthly Income is up to $2,607

    Household Members: 3 = Gross Monthly Income is up to $3,289
    

    Household Members: 4= Gross Monthly Income is up to $3,970
    

    Household Members: 5 = Gross Monthly Income is up to $4,652
    

    Household Members: 6 = Gross Monthly Income is up to $5,333
