  • Drive through pantry- Once a month grocery distribution along with extra sweets, bread and produce located in the parking lot at 1208 Ferris Avenue, Waxahachie, TX. Once you are a neighbor, you will be issued a card, bring this in each month to receive your pantry products.

    
    

    Home delivery to seniors- If you need home delivery and qualify, distribution is once a month delivery to your door with non-perishables, dairy, produce, meat and toiletries. If you have dietary needs please let the intake coordinator know and we will structure your box of food to meet your needs.

    
    

    "J Snacks"- When funds are available customized snack bags with nutritious kid snacks, toy or age appropriate activities are available. These are distributed to community kids.

    
    

    CARE Box- Located at the front door, and offered 24 hours per day, seven days a week. This is non perishable food to anyone who is in need. These items consist of canned food, dry rice, dry beans, snacks and other sustainable items.

    
    

    Utility assistance- Contracted with TXU Energy, Reliant Energy and ATMOS Gas for Ellis County residents that need one-time temporary assistance for financial help.

    
    

    Medical assistance- Partnered with Waxahachie Pharmacy for financial assistance for life threatening prescriptions and small medical equipment. Waxahachie Pharmacy is located at 401 N. HWY 77 Suite 23 B, Waxahachie. Phone: (214) 980-1395

    
    

    Rent & other utility assistance- As funds are available these programs will be offered. These funds are only available when we have generous donors giving to these programs. Please note we do not know when these funds will be available or how much we will be able to assist with.

    
    

    Thanksgiving Giveaway- The Saturday before Thanksgiving is our distribution day. We kick this program off in October to our neighbors that have current information on file. Our holiday boxes consist of items to make an at-home Thanksgiving meal along with a turkey or ham.

    
    

    Shoe Buddy Program- Children grades first-fifth grade can apply to the Shoe Buddy Program to receive one pair of shoes with a shoe voucher at Famous Footwear.
