As you might know, one of the most important ways to reduce the spread of the coronavirus besides good hygiene (coughing and hand-washing) is social distancing. It is imperative that you stay home as much as possible and avoid any crowded environments.
We are committed to keeping you and our staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic while continuing to provide quality care. We are offering telehealth appointments in some cases, which provides a safer, easier and more convenient way to access care. Our staff will talk with you by phone and may schedule a telehealth visit with your Provider. You can use a smartphone, tablet or computer for your virtual telehealth visit.
Please contact our office at to schedule an appointment and for answers to questions about what to expect during your telehealth visit.
If your Provider decides you need to be seen in person, they will give you instructions on what to do. We are continuing to ensure that patients who need in-person appointments can access care in a safe environment.
NTACHC is using our Southeast location on Mitchell for diagnosis and management of suspected COVID-19 cases. If you are a new patient, you will need to have a medical evaluation and in-person appointment prior to any needed COVID-19 testing. Insurance plans will be billed for services, including the lab. NTACHC may be out of network. The list price for the test is $51.00.
Our other locations will be open for routine care and treatment of other illnesses.
For patients who need to be seen, we have made special accommodations in the buildings to ensure staff and patient safety. We ask that patients do not bring guests for their own well-being and for the safety of other patients, although, children should be accompanied by a guardian. We have greeters at the entrances screening all patients and visitors for possible illness.
