AT&T is supporting customers across the U.S. by doing the following:
-AT&T will not terminate the services of any customer starting March 13, 2020 even if the customer is unable to pay for the bill due to begin affected financially by COVID-19 and will waive late payment fees.
-AT&T is offering to any customer WI-FI hotspots who needs them.
-AT&T is waiving wireless overage fees to first responders when using FirstNet that is dedicated to public safety community.
- Please call AT&T broadband, residential wireless or small business services and 611 from your AT&T device for wireless if you are unable to pay for your bill for further assistance.
