  • Provides comprehensive eye care which includes the following: routine examinations; eyeglass prescriptions; diabetic eye exams; glaucoma diagnosis and treatment; eye infections, eye injuries and dry eye. Will also provide eye medications for no charge to patients who cannot afford pharmacy costs. Examinations: range from $35 and under; Glasses starts at $60; Sliding scale based on income if uninsured; hardship waiver for those in homeless shelter and in-house rehab programs.
