Services:
Family Residential Program-For single parents, especially with a history of past abuse, domestic and violence or trauma.
Provides:
Safe, stable, affordable housing and supportive services to single-parent families who are employed, but need help navigating the complexities of their life and past circumstances.
Eligibility:
*Must be at, or below, 80% of the HUD income limits for their family size;
*Must be employed and able to pay rent as structured for the program; Must have reliable transportation;
*Must have full custody of at least 1 child; Must not have a partner that resides with them;
^Must pass a background check; Must pass a drug test;
*Must be willing and able to participate in program requirements.
*Applicants who meet the above requirements will be placed on the interest list. Once there is an opening, those on the interest list will be invited to apply.
