Crece Conmigo (Grow with Me) - Approved

• Offers comprehensive free developmental screenings (ASQ's), follow up services, and strategies in both English and Spanish for children ages 0-5, in-home or at their site, depending on the needs. Also, provides a sister program that is "Play with Me" for ages birth to 3 years old, offered 3 times a year, in which parents can enroll to learning educational play. Fairs are held in which many programs attend to offer services to children in many areas. No waitlist, but appointments are based on availability.

  • All services are at no charge to the families.

    Grow with Me Services:

    *Screenings, conducted by trained developmental specialists,

    *These serve both to identify developmental problems and connect families with needed services. 

    *Work to prevent developmental problems by providing developmental guidance in the course of the screening. 

    *This assists parents with learning more about their child's development and how they can promote their child's healthy development.

    *Referrals of all kinds can be made to assist children with their development such as any type of therapy or counseling.

    Follow can be made in a few weeks and in 3 months, as needed.

    *Screenings are by appointment.

    Play with Me Services:

    *10-12 week playful-learning program for ages 0 to 3. 

    *Held 3 times per year.

    *Program fosters strong parent-child relationships and children's healthy development through semi-structured play sessions.

    *Provided in English and Spanish.
