  • ACCESS is a transportation service for persons with a verified disability that prevents them from riding regular city bus service. Anyone interested in riding ACCESS service must complete an application and be certified as an ACCESS passenger. Trinity Metro will provide reasonable modifications and accommodations to policies, practices, and procedures for customers with disabilities to ensure they can effectively use the agency’s transit services without discrimination, on the basis of their disability.
