    -First Refuge Choice Pantry: This pantry provides the client an opportunity to choose foods based upon their dietary needs and choose items that will supplement what they already have at home. Choice Pantry Hours: Monday 9:00am-12:00pm Wednesday 1:00pm-4:00pm Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm

    -Dental Clinic: First Refuge dental clinic works in collaboration with Texas Women’s University to offer dental care to those who cannot afford oral health care services.

    -Professional Christian Counseling and Biblical Counseling: First Refuge counseling ministry provides professional Christian counseling and Biblical Counseling to the community. We offer counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups. First Refuge counseling provides services for a fee of $20 per visit. (See website for details)

    -Biblical Counseling Certification Class: First Refuge: Counseling and Education is in partnership with the Association of Biblical Counselors to offer the most comprehensive biblical counseling training available.
