Communities In Schools (CIS) is a dropout prevention initiative that partners with schools to identify needs of students and then connect them with community resources to address those needs (in the form of case management).
In order to achieve our mission CISNT will serve more than 4,000 at-risk youth throughout the Academic Year. CISNT operates two distinct dropout prevention programs:
Case Management programs (K-12th grades),
21st Century Community Learning Center afterschool programs (2nd-8th grades).
