Family Care Connection helps preserve the family unit through the provision of community support, education and advocacy. FCC offer free prenatal classes, parenting education, 24/7 dad classes that encouraged to make a lifelong commitment to fully engage with their children and to provide for them emotionally, physically and financially. Circle of Healing offers community education and advocacy for victims and survivors of domestic violence, dating violence and sexual assault.
The Legacy program provides support to grandparents raising grandchildren. The program focuses on strengthening family traditions and access to community resources through the provision of case management and educational services.
Healthy Outcomes Through Prevention & Early Support (H.O.P.E.S) provides parent education and family support to families with children 0-3, living in zip codes 75212, 75211 and 75208. This program provides in-home visitation, parenting education, support and referral services in an effort to strengthen the family unit.
Footprints provides case management, parent education and life skills training to any age expectant parent and to parents of children under the age of three years.
