  • Express Care offers walk-in primary care for children (6 months and older) and adults. The office is open every day, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Most major insurance plans accepted, including Medicare, and they also offer an affordable cash-pay option for office visits.

    Express Care offers treatment for minor illnesses, such as the common cold, seasonal allergies, sore throat, earaches or the flu as well as minor injuries, such as wounds, burns, strains, and sprains.

    The following conditions are treated on a walk-in basis, no appointment needed: allergy/sinus/cold conditions; asthma, bronchitis and coughs; minor allergic reactions, urinary tract infections, sprains/strains/fractures, bites, minor burns, rashes; cuts and scrapes,  and nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.

    Express care also provides: sports physicals and STD testing/diagnosis.

    Other services include on-Site Testing such as x-rays, EKG's, lab work, urinalysis, pregnancy test, strep and mono testing, flu A/B testing, RSV and finger tip glucose testing.

    They are participating with almost all local insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card with you so that we can make a copy for your record. Anytime that you have a change in insurance, address, or phone number, be sure to notify the receptionist so that the change can be entered into our system. Payment is due at the time of service. We do accept credit cards for payment, such as VISA and Mastercard. Payment for visits due to Worker’s Compensation or resulting from a motor vehicle accident will need to be paid in cash at the time of the visit, and you will need to seek reimbursement from your insurer or legal settlement.
    

    Due to the nature of the walk-in location, providers cannot prescribe controlled medications and will not refill medications for chronic illnesses and disease processes at Express Care.
    

    If a patient’s medical assessment discovers an acute medical issue requiring a higher level of care, patients will be referred to the nearest emergency room or will be transported by ambulance directly to the nearest emergency room.
