  • Welcome Back / West Central Texas (WBWCT) has set as its mission to show the love of Jesus Christ by assisting ex-offenders as they return to society to have the tools they will need to lead a fulfilled and productive life in their respective county. They provide an orientation class that explains a “Resource Booklet” that they hand out and they give contact names and phone numbers for these individuals to get more information. In the booklet under “other resources” they list were the person can get assistance for health care, transportation, clothing, groceries, job training and much more.  All of the resources have personally been visited by the program. At the end of the orientation, a lunch is provided and a one-on-one conversation on needs.  Contact is made by email so that the date, location, and time of the orientation can be given to person who is contacting for assistance.
