Housing Navigation- DRC Housing Navigators work with households assigned to housing assistance programs by assisting in locating appropriate options and walking with them all the way to move-in day.
Housing case management- PSH Case Management gives these households access to a case manager who can assist them with life’s challenges. Whether it’s navigating the relationship with their landlord, locating special services such as mental or physical healthcare, or just having someone to lean on, PSH participants have a trained professional in their corner.
PSH Housing Case Managers meet regularly with program participants to help them adjust to housing, talk about the participant’s personal goals, make referrals as necessary for services to help the participant reach these goals, and address any issues that may arise.
