Assistance & Referral: Works with partners to provide shelter, utilities, food, clothing, furniture, and household items.
Health Center: Provides affordable health care to those seeking a low-cost alternative. Primary care is provided for men, women, and children of all ages. If patients are unable to pay the basic fees, they may qualify for free or reduced rates through the income-based sliding scale program.
Food Pantry: Families are provided with enough food for two weeks. Upon contacting the office, a member will inform you of the application process, required documentation and set up an appointment.
