Little-Wings is a non-profit, international flying organization that arranges free of charge medical air charters in aircraft for children and adults with life threatening injuries or illnesses- that are not able to fly on normal commercial flights due to risks to their health. Little-Wings is part of Stratus Flying. Little-Wings flies for anyone of any age and background. Each flight they complete has to be for a “purpose” and must help make a difference through the power of flight. Flights can be weekly, and you are not limited to the number of flights you can receive with Little-Wings. The types of Little-Wings flight missions flown include: medical transport, medical repatriation; compassion trips such as visiting an ill family member; special needs camps; domestic violence relocation, assistance for injured military personnel; blood, organ and tissue donations, transplant recipients and medical escorts for those who are unstable or critically ill.
