Conveniently located on E. Belt Line Rd in Carrollton, right on the border of Addison and Farmer's Branch, our brand new ABA center is ideal for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder between ages 2 and 9 who exhibit deficits in communication, social skills, play skills, attending to tasks, and compliance.
At Behavior Pioneers, we believe in a healthy balance between work and play, and our Carrollton center was created to provide our clients with this balance. While every child's program is individualized, the majority of programs include aspects of structured teaching, such as reading, writing, coloring, completing puzzles, etc., as well as teaching during play. Different types of play include functional pretend play (make-believe), ball games, board games, building with blocks or Legos, art activities, and classics, such as Hide-and-Seek and Simon Says. We believe that children learn best when they are having fun, and staff teaches best when they are having fun too!
This is ideal for families that want their child to access the center based therapy for its great opportunities to increase social skills and school-ready skills.
