Depression, anxiety and untreated trauma can manifest in many ways, including drug addiction, alcoholism, relapse and codependency. So, BRC Healthcare set out to craft a thoughtful solution that calls on our trademark integrity, insight and innovative approach to addiction treatment.
The result is Makana Path, a one-of-a-kind medical detox and intensive healing program. We treat the underlying causes of self-defeating patterns that prevent us from living the joyful, abundant lives we deserve, completely pivoting a client’s life trajectory.
MAKANA PATH DETOX SERVICES
Detox is a physically and emotionally challenging process. Withdrawal symptoms are impossible to predict, which is why the safest way to detox from addictive substances is through an integrated, thoughtful medical detox program, such as Makana Path.
Clinical and medical evaluation.
We perform a thorough assessment of each client before detox begins. A comprehensive understanding of a client’s history and length of substance use, physical and mental health, family of origin, and spiritual needs allows us to design the most individualized detox plan possible.
Our clients are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Makana Path clinical and medical staff. Our Nursing staff continuously assess our detox clients and administer medication to relieve withdrawal symptoms as necessary. Nursing staff also work to manage all medications and medical needs of our clients.
The more specialized the treatment, the more positive the outcome. Detox is different for everyone, which is why we take the time to develop individualized plans that address each client’s unique needs and concerns.
Detox can be fraught with uncertainty and seem overwhelming, both for clients and their families. At Makana Path, permanent recovery is our priority, and we begin laying the foundation by offering continuous support from the beginning. Each client is assigned a dedicated case manager who serves as an advocate and primary point of contact who helps the client progress through treatment.
