  • Outreach Health Services provides :Star+plus or medicaid managed care for people who have disabilities (all ages) or are age 65 or older and need long-term support services in their homes; Star Kids medicaid managed personal care services and CFC personal assistance and rehabilitation services.

    These services include private home care which provide a broad range of services and can be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. These services include personal care, medication management and transportation.  

    
    

    They take Star kids which include; Aetna Better Health Texas, Amerigroup, BCBS, Children' Medical Center, Community First and Cook's Children's Health plans, Driscol, Superior, Texas Children's Health and United Healthcare Community health plans.

    They also take Star Plus which includes; Amerigroup, Molina Healthcare of Texas, Superior Health Plan, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Cigna-Health Spring Outreach.

    Pediatric services for fragile children are mainly through the El Paso office as this service is provided in several locations in the state of Texas.
