Case managers provide follow-up support to ensure continued success and assist individuals with obtaining critical documents such as birth certificates to obtain a drivers license.
Directions Home participants can attend Tenant Supportive Services through MHMR, to learn about how to be a good tenant, gain life skills, find community resources, and connect with others who have escaped chronic homelessness.
