Indigent Health Care designed to provide covered healthcare services to eligible low income residents of Parker County who have no other public or private healthcare benefits and meet residency, income, and resource limits as set forth in this program.

Medical Assistance Program
Eligibility requirements:
1. Residence - Must live in Parker County
2. Income - May not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
3. Resources - May not exceed $1,000 per month (this includes property, checking/savings accounts or other assets as defined by MAP regulations)
4. Citizenship - US Citizens or Resident Aliens
5. Medical Need - Must have a medical need of some kind

Immunizations are given daily at our office, no appointment needed, at 1115 Pecan Dr. Weatherford, 76086. P:817-458-3254; Hours: Summer-Monday through Friday 8 am to 11:30 am and 1 pm to 4pm. School year hours-Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 5pm and Fridays are 8 am to noon.
Child immunizations are given to those 4 years and older with a current shot record.
Flu vaccine is given to those 6 months and older.
