Patient Assistance Program
For our patients who qualify, there are assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies for those who cannot otherwise afford the cost of medically necessary medications.
Each patient that applies pays a $20 non-refundable, annual application fee and then must meet the eligibility requirements to be approved for assistance; such as income (based on the federal poverty level for the current year), no prescription insurance benefits and U.S. resident or citizen.
