  • PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

    – Individual Therapy

    This is one-on-one session between the client and the therapist. This session are 45-55 minutes in length and during that time the sessions are tailored to that person’s goals and individual needs. Many common topics addressed for adults include Depression, Anxiety, relationship concerns, and job stress.

    For children and teens, the focus may be peers’ groups, parent’s divorce, school and Social Anxiety, Depression, Drug and Alcohol Abuse and more.

    – Couples Counseling

    This is usually for the two adults that are married, planning to marry, or in some type of committed relationship that are trying to improve their communication skills, problems solving abilities, and overall build a strong relationship that will last the test of time.

    – Cost

    That varies depending on the insurance policy.  The best way to get that information would be to call your insurance company and ask if behavioral health is covered and what your co-pays are currently.
