There are frequently special holiday give out of food resources at designated locations. This service is first come first served and they are not required to register. The program will ask for their name, family size, and zip code where the family resides, but no proof is required.

  • Mobile Distributions (a location schedule is listed at their website)

    Mobile distribution participants do not have to register to pick up food but are required to have a vehicle unless otherwise specified. The food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Although no identification is required, the participants will be asked to share their name along with the size of their family and provide a zip code where their family resides to receive food.

    Food pantries can also be found by the participants zip code which can be found by entering the zip code in the link provided, “Map and Contact Page”.

    There's no need to register for any of the food distributions listed, it is first come first served.

    NTFB food distribution participants are requested to give their name, share their family size, and provide zip code where their family resides to receive food. No proof is necessary. Zip Codes 75460, 75432, 75110, 76201, 75020, 75418, 75401, 75428, 75474, 76065, 76551, and 75119.

    Fresh Route Distributions

    The North Texas Food Bank has recently added Fresh Route to its food distribution schedule. All Fresh Route distributions are walk ups and will only provide fresh produce.

    The NTFB would like to acknowledge that while every effort is made to adhere to posted distribution times, some sites are subject to change due to product availability and/or weather. Also, for our client choice/walk up distributions, we encourage neighbors to bring their own reusable bags or cart to make transporting product home easier.

    SSI Assistance

    The Social Services Assistance (SSA) Team of the food bank is a Community Partner building a bridge between Health and Human Services (HHSC) and communities in our service area to provide access to food, cash, and healthcare assistance. While the SSA Team assists with the application process, we do not determine eligibility. HHSC processes the applications and determines eligibility and has up to 30 days to process your SNAP application.
