Services:
Pregnant Women - Home visits from pregnancy through 6 weeks postpartum. Includes prenatal education, support for a healthy pregnancy, parent workshops and groups that provide pre-and-post natal information, resources and a sense of community
Home Based Program - Educates parents to be their children's first teacher. Each family will work with a home visitor, once a week, and attend bi-monthly socializations to share their experiences with other parents.
Parent Cafes - Provides a research-based parenting curriculum to strengthen positive relationships with children, while providing an opportunity to connect with peers and build natural support systems. Also builds protective factors that can mitigate the negative impacts of trauma.
Economic Mobility Programs - Provides programs for improving client credit, career readiness, small business development, one on one and group financial coaching and coaching for building long term assets, such as buying a home or car.
Housing Services - Provides support to women and their children experiencing homelessness by offering case management, emergency shelter, transitional housing and rapid rehousing managed by the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition.
Clinical Counseling - Offers play therapy, individual counseling and family counseling for women and children up to age 17.
Emergency Financial Assistance - Provides up to three months of rental and mortgage assistance to Fort Worth residents. To be eligible you must have been impacted by COVID-19, meet income limits and provide proof of a job/ income loss.
Head Start and Early Head Start - Helps parents enrolled in a CTL program get connected to childcare. Serves infants starting at 6 weeks old up to 5 years old.
*The Child Care Centers are located in Tarrant county and are at no costs to families who meet eligibility criteria. Otherwise, there is a sliding fee scale.
