  • HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM: 

    * Request a paper application by phoning 817-645-0937.

    *Forms must be currently emailed (housing@cleburne.net);  mailed or put in the drive-thru depository at the building, as the office is closed.

    *Applications are only accepted when the waiting list is open.

    *Participants can select program eligible (may be house, apartment, duplex, etc.) housing in the city limits of Cleburne.

    *Eligible families will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent.

    *Cleburne Housing pays a portion of the family's rent directly to the landlord each month (based on the family's income). The amount of rental assistance will change if the family's income changes.

    ELIGIBILITY:

    *Must qualify as a family

    *Have an income within the low income limits

    *Meet citizenship/eligible immigrant criteria

    *Pass a criminal background check
