To qualify for services:
A resident in Arlington
If you are a Grand Prairie resident, you must reside in Tarrant County or live in AISD
Planning for your first visit:Must provide a photo ID
Proof of Arlington address
If anyone else is in the home, an ID must be provided for them.
Photo ID, social security card, birth certificate, school record, immunization record, mail, etc.
After your first visit, only a photo ID and proof of residence are required.
Everyone must fill out a renewal application once a year.
At the renewal, you will be asked to provide photo ID and proof of residence.Serves individuals and families who live in the following Tarrant County and Arlington Independent School District (AISD) zip codes:
Arlington: 76001, 76002, 76005, 76006, 76010, 76011, 76012, 76013, 76014, 76015, 76016, 76017, 76018, 76019
Grand Prairie: Tarrant County portion of 75050, 75051, 75052 & 75054 only
Kennedale: 76060
