    •if you are experiencing persistent nipple pain, cracked or blistered nipples

    •if you have or suspect you may have a breast infection

    •if baby is notable to latch

    •if baby is not gaining an appropriate amount of weight

    •if you have been told to supplement with formula but want to preserve breastfeeding

    •if you want to develop a plan for returning to work

    •if you need a quality, personalized prenatal breastfeeding class

    •if you feel that breastfeeding is just not going well, or you are not enjoying breastfeeding

    •if you suspect baby has a tongue or lip tie

    •if you are planning on inducing lactation for an adoptive baby or a surrogate baby

    Cost:
    

    Initial Consultation - 1.5-2 hour $195 plus mileage in your home, or 1.5-2 hour  $165 in office

    Medicaid rate - $145 plus mileage in your home, or $75 in office

    Virtual Consultation- one hour initial $100; 30 minute follow up $55

    A $50 deposit will be required when you schedule your appointment. It will be deducted from the fee you pay at the time of the visit. Deposits will be refunded if you need to cancel your appointment and give at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Follow-Up Consultation - $145 plus mileage in your home, or $115 in office

    Medicaid rate - $115 plus mileage in your home, or $75 in office

    Latch Clinic- $65 per mom, in office ($35 for moms/babies on WIC or Medicaid – please ask for discount when reserving your spot)

    Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Class - $175 plus mileage in your home, or $145 in office

    Medicaid rate - $145 plus mileage in your home, or $75 in office
