Transitional Housing - dormitory style accommodations for up to 150 guests for a minimum of 30 days, all are actively seeking permanent housing
Emergency Night Shelter - for up to 250 guests each night, and are assigned a mat and are guaranteed this each night if they show up by 6 pm, with no waiting in line but space is limited. There is no ID required. The day shelter has more capacity. They even have an onsite kennel for dogs. There is also a library and AA meetings and some activities such as Bingo.
Meals - provides 3 nutritious meals a day
Healthcare - on-site access to behavioral, physical and emergency medical health services, through Metrocare and Parkland
Hair Care-Barbershop and Hair Salon - provides haircuts each week for the guests
Laundry Services-guests have access to an on-campus laundry room
Recovery - provide case management and peer support for guests
Employment and Income - access to income for people recovering from homelessness by prioritizing job preparedness and job search activities
Storage - self-accessible storage lockers where belongings can be housed
Education and recreational activities- provide many activities for guests such as Bingo, Karaoke and Art class for socializations and stress relief
Library and computer lab- access to a these tools to continue their education and shop for employment
Personal hygiene - provides guests personal hygiene kits and access to shower and restroom facilities
