Communities in Schools - Fort Worth - Approved

• Identifies needs of students and prevents dropouts within schools by providing case management, community resources and afterschool programs to students at-risk. Also, provides free counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in Tarrant and surrounding counties. Currently offered in these school districts: Birdville, Burleson, Crowley, Everman, Fort Worth, Granbury, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Keller, Kennedale, Lake Worth and White Settlement. These ISDs are within Tarrant, Johnson and Hood counties.
