  • Services offered:

    -Fostering Wishes-they parent with Make A  Wish to assist children with obtaining gifts from bikes to laptops and more

    -Foster Food Project-assist families with food insecurities and sends home backpacks for the weekends with food from childcare centers or the school

    -HFCC Travel Bags-for children placed in foster care so that they have something to carry their belongings in

    -Beyond the Classroom-provides meaningful learning opportunities  outside the classroom including; enrichment and extracurricular activities, mentoring programs, summer learning opportunities, kids to camp scholarships and birthday parties; 

    -Fostering Homes- Fostering Homes provides donated furniture  and home goods to aged-out foster youth and homeless youth in need who have secured new housing. For each youth we serve, we strive to create wonderful homes full of love, hope and dignity.
