  • C.A.R.E. (Connect, Assist, Refer, Educate) assists grandparents raising grandchildren who face hardships caused by a change in the family dynamics: the absence of a parent (s), chronic illness, incarceration, mental illness etc.   

    Assists with mortgage & rental assistance, utility assistance, school uniforms, Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance. Scholarships available. (complete application - write essay. Chosen will present $1,000 check). Any high school senior can apply. If a child is being raised by grandparent, chosen first).
