Identification Assistance:
Identification Documentation assistance is provided by Stewpot caseworkers who can order school records, marriage licenses, birth certificates, and other vital records to help you obtain legal state IDs and qualify for housing programs.
New Clients (non-referral) are screened for eligibility on a first-come-first serve basis for same-day appointments. These appointments begin at 1 PM and slots fill up quickly. Typically, 10-15 clients are seen each afternoon, depending on staff availability. Bring as much identifying information with you as possible.
Returning Clients (who have already been assigned a case manager) can return Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 11 AM for follow-up appointments.
Referral Clients can be seen Thursday afternoon and all day Friday.
Thursday afternoon is reserved for Coordinated Access System Enrollments (CAS) enrollments. If you are a case manager with a client on the CAS list, please reach out to Housing Forward to learn how to sign them up.
Fridays are reserved for our partner agencies. If you are with an agency interested in becoming a partner agency, please reach out to the Director of Housing and Homeless Services.

Rapid Re-housing + Permanent Supportive Housing Programs:
The Stewpot's Housing Programs follow the Housing First approach and pair subsidized housing assistance with ongoing case management with access to supportive services. Our programs use a housing choice model which means each resident is actively involved in identifying the apartment and community in which they live.
Enrollment in Stewpot Housing Programs is by referral only. All participants for housing are referred through the Coordinated Access System (CAS). CAS is a community-wide process developed to ensure all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access to housing resources in the community. No direct referrals can be accepted into Stewpot Housing Programs.
