    Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): helps clients regulate their emotions, develop distress tolerance skills to manage daily life stressors and create healthy relationships.

    Mid Life Women: Underlining mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and many faceted changes that come with entering 40-50s. 

    Session Rates: 

    Affordable session rates

    The standard session rate is $135 for both the initial assessment appointment and regular sessions. Out-of-network benefits may be used if your specific insurance policy allows. They are out of network for insurance but can provide a receipt so clients can submit to their insurance for direct reimbursement if their policy allows.
