    Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): helps clients regulate their emotions, develop distress tolerance skills to manage daily life stressors and create healthy relationships.

    Gen Z: Emerging health crisis taking place among teens and young adults that faces traumatic life events which increases school refusal, significant learning loss, social isolation, college and career path disruptions, and distress to the core family relationships and attachments.  

    Mid Life Women: Underlining mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and many faceted changes that come with entering 40-50s. 

    Session Rates: 

    Affordable session rates

    The standard session rate is $135 for both the initial assessment appointment and regular sessions. Out-of-network benefits may be used if your specific insurance policy allows. They are out of network for insurance but can provide a receipt so clients can submit to their insurance for direct reimbursement if their policy allows.
