• Offers a free 6-week free program for pregnant and new moms, that focuses on reducing stress and promoting healthy mood management. Sessions are virtual and in-person. For maximum benefit it is recommended participants attend all 6 sessions of the program. Registration is required. Mothers may register online and will later receive a call regarding hours.
