• Detailed Information

  • Offers a 10-month New Life Program addressing clients issues, with a full schedule of recovery classes from addictions. 

    *Initially clients must stay on the property.

    *Provides workforce development in the Kitchen.

    *Will work up to focusing on job and housing applications, working with a mentor.

    Programs will work with individuals who have slight mental or physical disabilities to more towards independent living.

    Also offered to program participants:

    Meals, shelter, clothing, counseling, medical, dental, vision and spiritual care for those participating in their programs.

    *There are private rooms for married couples and those with children.

    *Computer school and GED certification.

    *Counseling services to address the client's physical, emotional and spiritual needs, free of charge.

    *Provides wrap around services for children in conjunction with DISD, and also including summer activities, baby supplies, emotional support and parenting services.

    *Medical and dental services for participants who stay in their facilities which includes x-rays and high end medical equipment.

    
    

    ***First time residents receive 3 nights free and then choose between pay-to-stay program at $15.00 per night, or the 10-Month New Life Program which is free to those having no income.

    Eligibility: 

    * Must have an ID or social security card and children need a birth certificate, social security care and immunization records.

    *Must sign rules and regulations to stay; shower daily, and do a daily cleaning job; in addition, only one bag is allowed (check online for requirements).

    They do not accept: men on parole, convicted sex offenders or anyone convicted of a heinous or violent crime.
