Jacob's Ladder Developmental Pediatrics - Approved

• Provides evaluation, treatment, and medication management for children birth to 12 years old, who are at risk for or are currently experiencing delays. They work with children who have ADHD, autism spectrum disorder behavioral problems, learning disorders, and developmental disabilities. This program prescribes needed medication.     Works closely with schools, speech-language pathologists, physical/occupational therapists, psychologists, ABA providers, counselors and other community supports to tailor individualized programs assists the child's development.

    Fees: 

    Due to inconsistent reimbursement for developmental, behavioral and mental health services by insurance carriers, services are not in network with any insurance carriers at this time:

    All fees are on a self-pay basis and due prior to the appointment (non-refundable deposit fees are required for initial consultation appointments).

    Family is  provided with a billing statement or Superbill at the conclusion of their appointment that can be submitted  to the insurance carrier for reimbursement of the fees incurred.
