• Provides in office PHP and/or IOP to children ages 5-18 in Fort Worth (child has to be in Kindergarten, will take up to 18 but child has to still be in high school). A no cost assessment can be scheduled and then the family will meet with a licensed therapist to determine what the best treatment plan is for the child. The business office will then contact family's insurance company at the time the child is admitted for treatment. The business office manager will inform the family of their benefits, can facilitate financial arrangements for copays and answer any questions concerning benefits. Self-pay is cash only. Wait time is dependent on the group. Has locations in Fort Worth, Arlington and Lewisville. No walk ins, must have a scheduled appointment. Call center open 24-7, 7 days a week.

• Detailed Information

  • Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for youth whose emotional and behavioral problems are interfering with their ability to function effectively at home, at school, and in the community. Specialists include psychiatrists, nurses, licensed therapists and teachers. 

    PHP: Treatment is held five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Treatment team meetings are held weekly with clinicians involved in the treatment of the patient.

    IOP: Treatment is held five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

    Prior to admission, please bring all bottles of prescribed medications, proof of insurance, current photo ID, copy of birth certificate, social security card, and any previous assessment materials such as a recent psychological evaluation, current ARD paperwork, and custody paperwork if applicable.
