Cornerstone Assistance Network - Approved

• Provides free non-emergency health and specialty care to uninsured adults in Tarrant County by appointment only. Services include a dental clinic, cataract clinic, reentry services and housing programs. Must submit an application, meet income requirements and include supporting documents. If you have marketplace coverage, must provide proof of high co-pay and inability to pay. A thrift store is available as well.

  • Medical Clinic
    

    Provides non-emergency primary medical care (includes treatment of chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and respiratory disorders), specialty care in dermatology, endocrinology, internal medicine, gynecology, orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, rheumatology (arthritis) and ophthalmology. 

    Dental Clinic

    Provides comprehensive oral exams, radiographs, fillings, cleanings, extractions, partials, crown/bridge, and root canals.  No orthodontic or oral surgery services available. No urgent/emergency services. 

    *No longer accepting applications until 2025

    Cataract Clinic

    Provides solutions for patients with vision loss and no ability to pay for sight-restoring procedures. For more information, call 817-632-6035.

    Housing Services
    

    Low income housing available for those who were incarcerated and men who are homeless. 

    Men who are homeless can complete the application and interview process in person, Monday mornings at 9:30 am. No appointment necessary.  Applicants must be currently homeless and drug/alcohol-free.

    Reentry Services (pending)

    Offered to imprisoned offenders as well as ex-offenders returning from incarceration in Tarrant county. Provides an orientation class, along with one-on-one navigation sessions for successful reentry and reintegration. 

    Supportive Services/Case Management

    Provides support and coaching with a case manager, along with emergency clothing and food to clients in need. Requires a referral from a Cornerstone Network Partner church or organization

    Thrift Store

    Clothing, Shoes, Accessories, Furniture, Home Decor, Housewares, Toys, and more. Located at 3500 Noble Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111. Store hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 10am - 4pm and Friday from 10am - 3:30pm.
