Health Clinic Eligibility requirements. All services are available in English and Spanish
18 or older, do not have health insurance, and income not greater than 250% of National Poverty Level.

*Do not accept or bill insurance. If you have Market Place coverage, you must provide proof of your high co-pay and inability to pay. Donations are not accepted in return for clinic services.
Services Available: Non-emergency adult primary care for treatment of chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and respiratory disorders. Also, Diabetes Education, Lab work and medications as needed, Texas Health Resources Mobile Unit, Endocrinology (Diabetes and Thyroid), Rheumatology (Arthritis), Gynecology, Dermatology, Neurology, Epilepsy, and Cardiology

Housing provided for women who were incarcerated and men who are homeless. Low income housing available for people who qualify. They can be contacted at 817-632-6014; website: http://www.canetwork.org/housing.aspx.
*For men who have faced homelessness, the New Life Center. Those interested in being a resident may complete the application and interview process in person, Monday mornings at 9:30 am. No appointment is necessary. Applicants must be currently homeless and drug- and alcohol-free.
*Women who are being released from incarceration can become part of the Promise House, a Christian based service.
*Affordable single homes and condominiums are often available for families in need who qualify.
