    Community Clinic-If for uninsured individuals and offers the following healthcare services: routine Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Well Woman, and Chiropractic Care. Call 817-488-7009.

    Transitional Housing- clients participate in intensive case management to assist them with achieving educational, career, and financial goals while living in clean, stable housing. Apartments used for this program are completely furnished and other needs may be addressed by other programs listed. They assist with transportation, tuition aid and school supplies, daycare and other expenses. Clients need to be a documented homeless/unhouse family and must have a minor to qualify.

    Christmas Cottage- a program that provides families with Christmas gifts for their family at no cost to them and has holiday food distribution, this is seasonal.

    Back to School Program- this annual school supply drive provides new backpacks and school supplies at the beginning of the school year.

    Case management- appointments are scheduled at least weekly and case managers assist with day-to-day functioning.  Apartments used as housing for TH participants are completely furnished with donated furniture and housewares.  The homes are made ready for move-in by GRACE volunteers and are for homeless individuals who are approved.

    Feed Our Kids- provides sack lunches.as a seasonal program.

    Client Choice Food Pantry-provides perishable and non-perishable food to individuals and families in need using a voucher system. Opens Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Wednesday 12 pm to 5pm.  Call the case manager before going at 817-488-7009.

    Emergency assistance-aid is given on an as-needed basis. Provides food, clothing, toiletries, household goods, furniture, financial assistance, and information/referrals to those in need. Monthly supplemental food is offered for seniors and the disabled.

    Visitors are seen on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and between 12:30pm and 5:30pm on Wednesday.

    Documentation needed: paycheck stubs, bank statements, drivers license or photo ID, birth certificate for adults and children in household, current lease, and current school registration for children or report card.
