Provides low-cost dental care for the low income families in Tarrant County, as defined by HUD low-income guidelines.
Services include basic dental services including exams, x-rays, cleanings, extractions, fillings, etc. A limited number of dentures, root canals and crowns are available. No braces or cosmetic dentistry available.
Will take three dental emergencies per day - must be one of the first three people in line when clinic opens at 8:15am.
First visit includes: an initial exam, which is $45 for adults and $25 for children. Each visit thereafter will cost only the fees for the recommended procedure. Reservation fees are due at the time of the appointment. Accepted methods of payment include cash, money orders, Visa and Master Card but they do not accept checks. Verify fees before payment.
Needed: Proof of income (paycheck stubs, letter of government assistance, or letter from someone who is paying bills), of Tarrant County Residency (bills), and identification (drivers license, military ID or passport).
Process: call to make an appointment; complete required forms, bring documentation needed, and first appointment will be scheduled and fee required.
