  • HSNT Plano provides pediatrics, family practice, infectious disease care, behavioral health, and an on-site lab and pharmacy. At this location, you can benefit from a robust pediatrics program and quality medical care for adults all under one roof.

    
    

    We also offer annual physicals, pediatric well visits, chronic healthcare services, behavioral health services, immunizations, on-site lab testing, well-woman exams, and same-day sick visits (when possible).
