Service Locations: provides services in homes, daycares, ABA clinics, charter or private schools and typically do not go into public schools since the ISDs provide their own services through each district.
Currently Servicing: we are currently able to service children in the following areas.
In the process of finalizing and signing multi-plan contracts with United Healthcare and Cigna. In addition to commercial insurances, we are also in the process of Medicaid credentialing. Currently, we offer private, or cash pay prices starting at $70 per visit.
This price per visit is a fixed rate as the current treating therapists, at a minimum, hold Master’s Degrees and have no less than a decade of clinical experience + currently working towards obtaining their PhDs in their respective fields.
Visits are 30 to 45 minutes in
length, with 30 minutes being the minimum length of time a session can
run, however, we base the length of our sessions on what is clinically
appropriate for your child & what they can tolerate that particular day!
Things that might impact
their tolerance are things like poor sleep, allergies, growth spurts, etc.
& we keep you updated on how their sessions for the week went, what
we’re working on, & what to try to work on at home!
A visit may be 38
minutes, sometimes it’s 31 minutes, sometimes it’s 47 minutes— we don’t
just cut off a session because it hit the 30 minute timer.
Two times per week is
the typical frequency recommended, but work with each families needs.
