  • Eligibility:

    Program available to clients who are enrolled in MHMR of Tarrant County Services.

    Client must have been victimized: Child abuse/neglect, Sexual assault/abuse, Aggravated assault, Family violence 

    Offence must happen in the state of Texas

    Police report must be filed

    Application must be filed within 3 years of the incident

    Possible Benefits:

    Reimbursement for counseling services

    Loss of earnings and support

    Travel expenses

    Funeral/burial expenses
