• Detailed Information

  • This program provided one to one mentoring support and education to new moms. Each mentee will receive weekly talks/texts and in person monthly meetings, answers to questions about parenting, activities and parenting strategies, and help capturing the first year of their child's life. The program is free and everyone is eligible.
