• Detailed Information

  • Provides wheel chairs; strollers, cranial helmets, hearing aides, tablets, weighted blankets, and can provide assistance with van conversion. Must prove it is a medical necessity and documentation from doctor or therapist.

    Respite care: Pays up to 12 hours of in-home care per month. 

    Weekend Camps: 4 per year in spring and fall. Provides gas vouchers to families and fun activities for special needs children.
